The third brother insulted Wang Chau, Mahan, Zhang Long, Zhao Hu. Gongsun Ce told Zhan Zhao to hurry and protect Bao Zheng. A man in the black outfit sneaked in the room and took the deer skin manuel. Zhan Zhao fought with him. Zhan Zhao caught the second brother. Wang Chau, Mahan, Zhang Long, Zhao Hu fought with third brother. Fourth Brother settled with them. Their mother warned the brother to not ever anger Judge Bao. Their mom couldn’t sleep and questioned the brothers where’s the second brother. The brothers told her that since the second brother stole the deer skin manuel, perhaps he got caught by Zhan Zhao. The mother told the brothers to come with her to Kaifeng Court to demand Judge Bao to release the second brother.

While Judge Bao is judging the second brother in the court, the mother came. Judge Bao asked Gongsun Ce how could he let the secret of the manuel being leaked out to the second brother. Judge Bao ordered Zhang Long and Zhao Hu to spank Gongsun Ce 20 times and cut his salary for two months. The mother puts the glden robe on her second son and warned Judge Bao that this is the golden robe the previous emperor gave it to her and he can’t touch her son. Gongsun Ce sadly drink tea. Gongsun Ce told a magistrate he doesn’t want to work for Kaifeng Court and just wants to retire. Gongsun Ce suggests the magistrate to put good words for him in front of the Wen. Gongsun Ce suggests the mother to switch the deer skin manuel. The fourth brother asked the mother about the girl. The mother is concerned about the second brother in prison. The fourth brother asked the brothers what happened. The fourth brother read the words in the manuelscript of supporting the Mongols. The mother told the fourth brother to make a fake deer skin manuelscript.

The brother suggests the girl to not marry the fourth brother since they are wealthy. The third brother came and wanted to see the girl to see how pretty she is that caused the fourth brother to fall all over her. The third brother gave the girl the painting claiming it’s from the fourth brother to leave her and he gave them five hundred silvers. The third brother beat up the brother and told them to never come back to this place. The girl threw the fourth brother’s jade and told the third brother to give it back to the fourth brother.

The third brother gave the jade to the fourth brother and told him the girl and her family left. The Wen Brothers thanked Gongsun Ce for his help. The third brother told Gongsun Ce besides their mother, they have never bowed to anyone. If the knows he tricked them he won’t spare him. Judge Bao looked at the deer skin manuelscript and ordered Wang Chau, Mahan, Zhang Long, and Zhao Hu to arrest the Wen Family. Zhan Zhao came and ordered his guards to not use physical strenghth on the Wen. Zhan Zhao told the Wen that they have surrounded their mansion with guards. Zhao Hu fought with third brothers. The guards shot the brothers. Fourth Brother came and want to talk to Judge Bao alone. Gongsun Ce brought the boy in and told the fourth brother he used his ten thousand silvers from the Wen to save people. The boy told the fourth brother that his family is evil for burning his family. The fourth brother bowed on behalf of the Wen. The fourth brother ran to the lady’s house. A man told him that the lady has moved next door and is getting married. Zhan Zhao fought with the two brothers. The second brother told the first brother he just realized something wrong with Judge Bao’s manuelscript or he wouldn’t use Gongsun Ce to trick them to have the manuelscript.

The fourth brother opened the girl’s red veil. The fourth brother wants to runaway with her. The lady’s brother tried to attack the fourth brother but accidentally killed the lady’s father. The lady’s father told the lady before he died that he can’t be with the fourth brother. The brother blamed himself and killed himself. The lady pointed a sword toward herself. The fourth brother left. In Kaifeng Court, Judge Bao had seven soldiers wearing a mask and also told the first brother to wear a mask and asked the boy if he recognizes who is his parents murderer. The boy cried mom and asked Judge Bao if he seen his mother behind the murderer’s back and pointed at him. The first brother turned around. The first brother wants to take all the blame. The first brother asked Judge Bao to gather more evidence before judging them. Judge Bao asked them if they have conscience.

Hey guys! Haven’t done recap for a while. Been rewatching Justice Bao 1993 again and this case is good.

The episode starts with three bandits wants to attack Prime Mnister Wang. Zhan Zhao appears and fought with the the three bandits. After a personal meeting between Prime Minister, Pong Taiseng, Judge Bao and the emperor, Minister Wang thought reduced paid was too lightly of a sentence and he suggested the majesty to demote Judge Bao to a lower rank. As Prime Minister Wang invited Judge Bao for a drink, he told Judge Bao, it was him and the majesty’s plan to demote him to investigate the Wen Family. Fourth Brother of Wen Family watches the opera and fell for the opera lady but he received an urgent letter from Pong Taiseng and quickly left. The Wen family gets ready to greet Judge Bao.

A magistrate told the Wen Brothers about Judge Bao asked him about the case of a burned family. Judge Bao ordered Gongsun Ce to give him all the cases related to the Wen. He will make them big. A lady submit a case accusing the second brother of the Wen creating troubles for her business. Judge Bao found it nonsense for her to falsely submit a case and ordered the guards to chop her legs. The lady spoke for herself. Then he ordered them to spank them 40 times.Judge Bao punished the second brother for making his own rules by having the Wen brothers sweeping the street for seven days. The fourth brother gave the lady a painting of her in the opera. She told him she doesn’t understand the poem since she’s illiterate The fourth brother taught her how to write and asked her to meet him by the harbor.

The boy begged Judge Bao helped him since his parents got killed. His father planned to sell his deer skin sheet to the Wen. His house then got burnt by the Wen. His mother told him the deer skin manuel is the proof of his family got burnt. His mother got killed. He brought the deer skin manuel to a magistrate. Judge Bao asked the boy to give him the manuel.Judge Bao told Gongsun Ce and Zhan Zhao he couldn’t read anything since it was wet. Gongsun Ce believes that the Wen got the real manuel.

The lady bids farewell with the fourth brother and told him that her father has forced her to marry her brother. The fourth brother told her he’s taking her to see his mother so he could marry her. The lady cried and told him that her father is right they are from different class. The fourth brother showed the lady to his mom. His mom objects to let her stay here. The fourth gave the lady his jade. The lady’s father whipped the lady for not marrying her brother. The three brothers think of a way to trap Zhan Zhao and get back the manuel from Judge Bao. The second brother told the brothers to not let the fourth brother know of the plan nor take part in it in case anything happens to them, he can take care of their mother.

Case #28 The story of seeking beloved ones

The prime minister and Judge Bao have a farewell diner to the Eunuch since he’s retiring. The eunuch told Judge Bao and the prime minister about his wife being pregnant thirty years ago the time that they ran away from the soldiers. He hopes he can reunite with his wife and son in his remaining five months. The eunuch visits and elder lady and asked about his wife. The elder lady said that the eunuch’s wife gave birth to a son. The elder lady told the eunuch that his wife have passed away due to giving birth. She doesn’t know the eunuch’s name except he is the second son. the second son’s little brother perform martial arts on the street for money. The brother complained to his father that he taught the second son martial arts but he didn’t teach him. The brother said he can’t stand it anymore. The little brother’s father regret not being able to find the eunuch.

The two sons and their father came to their house and saw white lilies. The son’s father threw the flowers and asked his son to throw them away. On the way to the mountain to find Gingseng, the second son saw the lady about to jump down the cliff. The second son grabbed the lady’s hand. The lady took her knife and sliced the fabric and fell. The eunuch walked with Zhan Zhao and asked him what does he think his son will say to him when he found him. The little brother eavesdrop his sister cooking in the kitchen and asked her to runaway. The sister said though her father isn’t her biological father, he has raised her. The little brother wonder how his biological father looks like. The little brother gave his sister a make up. The sister worry about the second son. The brother got mad and stepped on the make up blush and asked the sister if she would accept if the second son gave her this. The brother feels his father has regretted adopting him. Zhan Zhao and the eunuch came to the son’s house asking for the second son. The little brother told Zhan Zhao and the eunuch he is the second son. The eunuch told the litttle brother he is his father. The brother asked the eunuch why didn’t his foster father mentioned about him and his mother. The father said he probably assumed he has died from the battle and his mother has passed away from giving him birth. The eunuch said he always miss him in the palace. The little brother asked the eunuch how can an eunuch give birth. Zhan Zhao told the little brother he hopes he can be understanding toward his father. The eunuch cried and told the little brother he won’t blame him. Zhan Zhao told the brother that the eunuch went a long way to find him and he should accept him. The brother hugged the eunuch. The eunuch cried and bowed in front of Zhan Zhao. The foster father searches for the second son on the mountain.

The eunuch introduces the little brother to the servants as his son. The brother looked around the antiques and paintings in the room. The little brother picked up the bracelets and wants to give it to his sister. The brother picked up an expensive outfit and told the eunuch that his father have never made that much. The sister teared up and told the eldest son that the second son have fallen down the hill. The little brother said he is fated to be rich and he gave the bracelet to his sister. The sister said she doesn’t need anything, she just wants the second son to be fine. The sister told the little brother that the second son has risked his life to find gingseng to cure him but he is now talking about fortune.

The brother told his foster father that he has reunited with his father. The foster father told the brother it couldn’t be since his father has passed away for long. The foster father said he has buried the brother’s father. The foster father asked the brother about his father who he reunited with. The foster father said the eunuch used to save him from the fire with his wife. The little brother asked the foster father who is the eunuch’s son. The foster father told the little brother that his older brother is the eunuch’s son. The foster father said his wife took his deceased brother away. Everyone thought the second son was the eldest son but he ignores it. The little brother couldn’t bear to lose the fortune. The foster son told the little brother he should be happy for his brother. The little brother wants to replace the second son being the eunuch’s biological son. The little brother begs his foster father. The foster father told the little brother he will tell the eunuch tomorrow. The little brother stabs the foster father from the back and hid him behind the branches in the cabin. The eunuch said the poor man must have some anxiety. the eunuch gave the bag of money to a poor man who begs for money. The second son returns home and saw the eunuch. The eunuch told the second son that he’s his little brother father. The second son is happy for his brother.The eunuch gave the second son and advice of starting a farming business but the second son enjoys performing martial arts in the street. The eunuch told the second son he can see that his personality differ from his younger brother. The second son gave the eunuch the gingseng to give to his brother.

The little brother blindfolded himself and chases the maid. The eunuch gave the eldest son the gingseng. The eunuch complimented the second son to the eldest son. The brother saw his sister and asked her where’s their foster father and he couldn’t find the farewell letter. The brother and his sister told Zhan Zhao and the eunuch that their foster father have been missing. While The eldest son saw the second son. The little brother knocked down the second brother. The little brother stabbed the foster father and place the sword on the second son’s hand.The eldest son burnt the cabin. The second second son wakes up and saw his foster father. Zhan Zhao saw the second son hugging his foster father an asked him to go to Kaifeng Court with him. The second son said he would never kill his father. The second son told Zhan Zhao he doesn’t know how did he and his father was here. The little brother came and accused the second son of murdering his father. The second son told Zhan Zhao he will go to Kaifeng with him once he found the person who murder his father. Zhan Zhao fought with the second son through the fire. The block of fire almost fell on the second son but Zhan Zhao manipulated with the sword. The second son escaped. Zhan Zhao tried to rescue the foster father through the fire.

The little brother told his sister he couldn’t believe how evil is his brother. The sister told the eldest brother that the second son would never kill their father. The eldest son submit a case to Judge Bao at the court that the second son has killed and burnt his father and Zhan Zhao is the witness. Zhan Zhao said he saw the second son holding a knife with blood on it and hugging his father. Judge Bao asked Zhan Zhao if he saw the second son stabbing his father. Zhan Zhao told Judge Bao that the second son refused to admit he killed his father and said he will bring the murderer to Kaifeng Court when he finds him. The doctor told Judge Bao that the foster father has been killed from stabbing not being burnt. The second son begs Judge Bao to arrest the eldest son. Judge Bao ordered Zhan Zhao to bring the second son here.

Judge Bao told Gongsun there’s one thing he doesn’t understand, why does the little brother persists that the second son murder his father and always picking on him. The eunuch told Judge Bao that the second son is a filial son and would not believe that the second son would murder his father. The sister saw the wanted poster of the second son posted on the wall.The second son asked his sister to follow him. The second son asked his sister to believe he didn’t kill their father. The second son said he felt hurt when his brother accused him of murdering their father. The second son said he only remembered he met his brother and someone stabbed him from his back. When he woke up, he held a sword with his father next to him. The second son said he has to find who kill his father. A servant picked up the little brother’s jade in the burning scene. The second brother returns to the murdering scene to find evidence. Zhan Zhao came in front of the second son. Zhan Zhao asked the second son to return to Kaifeng with him. The second son aid he wants to find the killer himself and don’t want to rely on others. Zhan Zhao fought with the second son in the woods. The second son threw the sword on the poisonous snake toward Zhan Zhao on the tree. Zhan Zhao stabbed the second son and asked him why did he saved him. The second son said he has to save his friend when he’s in danger. The lady laughed and told the second son that he consider Zhan Zhao as his friend was willing to take the stab. The lady threw the bomb and took the second son.

The lady put the bandage on the second son and asked him why did he fight with Zhan Zhao. The second son said his father is dead and he got framed of murder. The lady told the second son that his father is her husband. She left him because he perform martial arts for a living. She took his son away. A month later, her boyfriend left her and scratched a scar on her face. Her son died from a fever on her back. she always wanted to tell his father she was wrong. She always left the white lilies in the house. The second son told the lady that his father has already forgiven him. The lady said she doesn’t have any hope anymore and wonder who killed her husband. She will kill that person to revenge for her husband.

The servant showed the eunuch the half jade with blood which belongs to the little bother at the murdering scene. The little brother gambled and won. The little brother got drunk going home. The eunuch asked his servant to make some tea for the little brother. The eunuch just wants his son to be happy since he suffered a lot in his foster father’s home. The eunuch asked the little brother where’s his jade. The eunuch said the emperor gave him that jade. The little brother said he forgot. The eunuch followed the little brother to the cabin and wondered why he’s here. The little brother told the eunuch he always feel sad when thinking of his foster father. The eunuch told the little brother if he needs help, he can ask him. The little brother said he hopes one day that the second son will be arrested under the law. The little brother said the second son is even more evil than a beast. The eunuch doubted why did he suspect the little brother being the murderer.

The lady held half of the jade and showed it to the second son and wonder if it belongs to the murderer. The second son held the jade and plans to ask the famous jade carver about the jade. The carver’s grandson saw the wanted poster. The second son doubts the jade come from the palace. The carver’s grandson informed Zhan Zhao and the guards. Zhan Zhao told the second son to go to Kaifeng or other will suspect him more. The sister pleads Zhan Zhao not to arrest the second son. The second son told his sister not to make it hard on Zhan Zhao and he escaped. The second son ran in the eunuch’s house. Zhan Zhao came in the garden and asked the eunuch if he’s seen the second son. Zhan Zhao wants to take the sister to Kaifeng Court for helping the second son escape. The little brother told Zhan Zhao to let him teach his sister.

The little brother asked his sister why does he always trust the second son but not him. The little brother told his sister that they can work together to find the criminal. The little brother told the sister this is the right time for him to take care of her. The eunuch told the second son he believes he isn’t the killer. The eunuch told the second son if his son were generous like him it would be good. The second son showed the half jade to the eunuch and asked him if he seen it before. The second said he picked up at the murdering scene. The second son told the eunuch that if he knows who the jade belongs to, he can find the killer. The eunuch asked the second son if he can keep the jade. The second son wants to keep the jade as evidence. The eunuch asked the second son to stay in his house. The eunuch told his servant that the second son found the other half of the jade. The eunuch blames himself for lying to the second son to protect his son. The eunuch said he couldn’t find a reason why his son would kill his foster father. The eunuch’s servant said Judge Bao may have a different view due to he follows the law. The servant thought of having a scapegoat for the little brother. The little brother told his sister he plans to let her meet his father. The little brother wants to be with the sister.The sister told the little brother her greatest worry at the moment is not being able to free the guilt for the second son. The little brother told his sister to let Judge Bao investigate. The little brother showed the soup for his sister and said it is very complicated to cook it.

Judge Bao asked the carver why did the second son visit him for. The carver said the second son showed him the jade from the palace and said this jade is related to a case. The eunuch’s servant told Judge Bao that the second son is in the eunuch’s house. The second son drinks and told the eunuch that his foster father told him that his father has helped him so he adopted him. The second son asked the eunuch to just treat him as his son. The eunuch told the second son he likes him but there are some stuff that he can’t choose. He asked him to be understanding. The second son got drunk. The eunuch search for the jade in the second’s body. The lady came and took the second son out. The little brother asked Zhan Zhao to arrest the second son. The sister saw it and left.

The sister asked the little brother why did he lied to her. The little brother asked his sister why does he believe the second son. The little brother asked his sister to forget the second son. The little brother told his sister that the second son isn’t a good match to her. The little brother told his sister she can’t leave this room without his permission. Gongsun Ce told Judge Bao that the jade was given from the majesty to the eunuch. Zhan Zhao told Judge Bao a mystery lady has saved the second son. Judge Bao visits the eunuch. Judge Bao asked the eunuch to let him take a look at his jade. The eunuch said he lost the jade. Judge Bao said he knows the jade was dropped in the murdering scene. Judge Bao asked the eunuch why doesn’t he report to an official when he lost the jade unless he has something to hide. Judge Bao told the eunuch to tell his anxiety. The eunuch said he didn’t give anyone the jade and always wear it. The eunuch told Judge Bao that he was the one who has murdered the foster father.

At the court, the eunuch told Judge Bao that the foster father wouldn’t let his son reunite with him so he killed him out of impulse. Judge Bao asked the eunuch why the second son set fire. The eunuch said he was afraid the second son will tell out so he beat him. The eunuch said he didn’t realize he lost the jade in half. Judge Bao asked the eunuch about the other half of the jade. The eunuch gave Judge Bao his jade. The eunuch begs Judge Bao to sentence him to death. Judge Bao ordered the guards to lock the eunuch. Judge Bao suspects the eunuch is hiding something. Gongsun Ce assumes the eunuch is trying to take the guilt for someone else. Judge Bao assumes the eunuch wants to take the guilt for the little brother.

The little brother brought meal to his sister and asked her not to leave. The servant told the eldest son that the eunuch has admitted he killed the foster father to Judge Bao. The little brother said Judge Bao never accused anyone wrongly. The sister believes that the eunuch didn’t kill her foster father. Judge Bao visits the eunuch in the cellar. Judge Bao asked the eunuch if he consider him as a friend. Judge Bao asked the eunuch to honestly tell him if he did kill the foster father. Judge Bao said the foster father’s martial art isn’t simple, the eunuch couldn’t have killed him. Judge Bao told the eunuch he can’t stop him from protecting someone but paper can’t cover up for the fire. The little brother told the servant he will double their pay if hey stay. The little brother wants to be the master of this house and asked his servant to give him the keys to his father’s account. The servant refuses without the eunuch’s consent. The servant opened the door for the sister to leave. The sister found it weird why the eunuch admit he killed her foster father. The sister pray for her father. The elder son asked his sister if she would like to stay with him. The sister said she’ll wait until she finds the murderer.

In the cellar, the eunuch asked his servant if the little brother is alright. The servant said the little brother has changed and wanted to be the boss of the house. The eunuch asked the servant not to blame his son since he never took responsibilities as a father. The eunuch asked the servant to listen to the little brother and don’t talk behind his back. Judge Bao plans to bring the second son here for him to interrogate. Judge Bao released the eunuch and ordered the four guards to lead him out. The servants refused to let the eunuch walked in his house under the eldest son’s order. The eunuch’s servant asked the two servants why won’t they opened the door for the eunuch. The servant listens to the little brother’s order. The little brother gave the coins to the servants and doubted why Judge Bao released the eunuch. The eunuch waited outside in the cold.

An elder martial artist (the lady’s husband) asked the second son for directions. The lady thought about how her husband used to leave him. The elder son paid five hundred thousand taels to the elder martial artist to kill the eunuch and make it like a suicide. The eunuch went in the a deserted house and met the poor man who used to beg him for money. The poor man gave the eunuch some buns. The elder martial artist came to the eunuch and said someone has hired him to kill him. The poor man ran and bumped into the second son. The poor man told the second son someone wants to kill the eunuch. The second son fought with the elder martial artist. The lady told the second son that the eunuch wouldn’t tell him about the second jade and even ordered guards to arrest him. The elder martial artist returned the money to the little brother.The little brother wants to share the fortune with the elder martial artist. The elder martial artist asked the lady to leave. The lady blames him for creating a scar on her face. The elder martial artist told the lady that it is her fault for still thinking of the foster father.The second son searches for the eunuch. The eunuch got a headache. The servant told the sister that the little brother has kicked out the eunuch out of his house.

The sister told the servant she wants to ask the eunuch who’s he covering up for. The sister told the eldest son that he had a dream of her father told him that the truth will be revealed soon. The elder martial artist followed the sister the and servant. The servant gave the poor people some money to block the elder martial artist’s way. The sister and servant watches the eunuch eating food with the poor man. The eunuch told the sister that the eldest son didn’t kick him out, but he wanted to say here living independently. He feels happy that his son is living a happy life. The eunuch asked the sister to take care of his son. The sister refuses to marry the little brother seeing how unfilial he is. The sister told the eunuch to go to the court and confronted the little brother for being unfilial. The sister asked the eunuch if he only view the good side of the eldest son.The sister asked the eunuch if he gave his jade to the eldest son. The eunuch said he always wear his jade. The servant asked the eunuch why wouldn’t he tell that the little brother was the one who has killed his foster father. The elder martial artist dragged the sister away.

The little brother slapped the sister. The sister asked the little brother about the jade. The little brother grabbed the sister. The little brother said he will kill the second son first. The second son brought food for the eunuch and doubts how is his father. The eunuch saw the lady and went back in the cave. The lady asked the eunuch to stay and why did he appear. The lady asked the eunuch who he is. The eunuch sighed to the rock if he was wrong and didn’t bring his son to the court. Zhan Zhao followed the second son. Zhan Zhao fought with the elder martial artist. The servant opened the door and asked the lady to leave and said all the servants have left. The little brother saw Zhan Zhao and let him and the second son leave. The little brother asked for servants but everyone left. Zhan Zhao told the second son that lucky he froze him so the poison wouldn’t get burst out.

The second son went with Zhan Zhao to see Judge Bao. The second son said he met the little brother and was knocked from the back. He woke up and found his father died in the fire with a knife in his hands. Zhan Zhao said he thought of something, when he went to the cabin, the little brother didn’t look at the foster father properly but can tell that his foster father is dead by peeking. Zhan Zhao asked Judge Bao why don’t he interrogate the little brother. The second son said the lady gave him the jade he knew it didn’t belong to his foster father so he asked the carver. Judge Bao matches the jade together. The sister plead Judge Bao to arrest the little brother. The sister said the servant told her that the little brother killed the foster father. The eunuch gave the little brother the jade. The little brother kicked the eunuch out of the house. The little brother ordered a killer to kill the eunuch. The second son said he saw the killer but he didn’t know his name. Zhan Zhao told Judge Bao he saw the assassin and heard the little brother called him by his name. Zhan Zhao ordered the guards to arrest the little brother.

At the court, the little brother said he isn’t satisfy at the guards bringing him to the court. Judge Bao asked the little brother if he has seen the jade that the eunuch was wearing. Judge Bao asked the little brother why did the servant said that he dropped his jade in the cabin. The little brother asked Judge Bao what proof does he have. The lady said the eunuch was there but he prevented his servant to tell the truth. Judge Bao told the little brother to see if the eunuch will still defend him if he finds out he kicked him out of the house and sent someone to kill him. The little brother asked Judge Bao what proof does he have that he sent an assassin to kill his father. The little brother said the assassin is only a bodyguard. The little brother asked Judge Bao if all the servants commit a crime, it is his fault. Judge Bao ordered the guards put the little brother in the cellar to be sentenced. Judge Bao is surprised that the little brother is so sly knowing how to twist the words. Judge Bao hopes the eunuch will tell the truth at the court.

The lady boiled a pot of poison for the elder martial artist. The second son and his sister asked the eunuch to come to the court to witness the little brother. The father said if his son doesn’t gamble then they would have saved more money. The lady’s father asked the lady to come again picking up rice. The father told Judge Bao perhaps the lady wants to see the martial artist again. Judge Bao asked the martial artist’s servant if he was there during the rice pickup. Judge Bao asked the martial artist’s servant if the lady’s sister and the martial artist really did not say anything to each other.

An elder man gave a bag of rice for the marital artist’s father to thank him. A master wished the martial artist’s father happy anniversary and he said his father’s fortune got stolen. Judge Bao believes the martial artist didn’t meant to escape forever, he just wanted to see the lady. An executive hit Justice Bao’s drum and told Judge Bao that his son has been kidnapped. Judge Bao said he sent his guards to find the martial artist but he couldn’t believe he has kidnapped the magistrate’s son. Judge Bao asked the magistrate why did the martial artist kidnapped his son. The magistrate said the martial artist did kill two people but Judge Bao only sentenced him to ten years of jail. The magistrate told Judge Bao that others will think that he is lenient to the martial artist. Judge Bao asked the magistrate if he has ever met the martial artist. Gongsun Ce wonder why the martial artist would kidnap the magistrate’s son. Judge Bao told Zhan Zhao that the martial artist have kidnapped the magistrate’s son. Zhan Zhao assumes that the martial artist must have stayed the woods where the hunter was hunting. Judge Bao warned Zhan Zhao not to free the martial artist or he’ll punish him like he did to Zhang Long.

Judge Bao said he have thought carefully how to give a light sentence to the martial artist and teach him a lesson about the law. The martial artist said while the magistrate’s son was hunting, he saw the lady and flirted wit her and chased her. The lady fell down the hill and was blind to death. Judge Bao told the martial artist he cannot kill people for the lady. Zhan Zhao said the magistrate’s son wanted to stay with the martial artist to take care of the lady. The martial artist admit his crime but isn’t satisfy to be punished by the law. The martial artist asked Judge Bao if it isn’t a crime for the magistrate’s son to chase the lady causing her to be blind to death. Judge Bao sentenced the martial artist twenty years in jail. The king’s uncle came with an edict from the majesty freeing the martial artist for doing good deeds. Judge Bao said it is good that the majesty cares for the people but he doesn’t agree with this since it doesn’t follow the law.

This series starts with a prince ordered the guards to kindap a mother of a kid he saw on the street. The kid hid in the barrow and saw the guards killing his whole family. A kid and his sister saw Judge Bao’s sedan chair passed by. The kid stared at Zhan Zhao and got scared of the guards. Judge Bao asked the guards to stop the sedan chair and check around. Judge Bao has a strange quiet feeling. A captain covered the guards. The two red guards found it suspicious and saw a box of cabbage. The captain told Judge Bao the cabbages became expired so he ordered the guards to throw them. Judge Bao called it a ridiculous story. Judge Bao asked the red guards to check the cabbages. The red guards found a man in side the basket of cabbage. Zhan Zhao saw Judge Bao taking care of the man in coma and asked him if he knows him. Judge Bao said strangers or not, he still have to care. At the court, Judge Bao asked the captain why does he have to poison a man’s life. The captain said he has a wife and kids and plead Judge Bao to not spank him. Judge Bao asked the captain how would the man he has beaten would stand being beaten up by him. Judge Bao asked the captain if someone has ordered him. The captain said the magistrate ordered him to do it. Judge Bao asked the captain how is the man in coma related. The captain said the magistrate ordered him to find the man in coma , and a wife and a kid which he couldn’t find.

The red guards asked the magistrate to come with him to Judge Bao. The magistrate asked the red guards to leave first then he’ll meet with Judge Bao. Zhan Zhao and the black guards stopped the sedan chair and search for the magistrate. Judge Bao told Zhan Zhao it is good that the magistrate is hiding since it means he is admitting he did it. Judge Bao said the kid is the crux of the problem. The kid ate noodles and saw Zhan Zhao and the guards and got scared and left with his sister. Zhan Zhao asked the stall owner if he seen a mother with a kid. In the cellar, Zhan Zhao asked the captain about the name of the mother and kid. The magistrate fought with the prince’s guards and left. The sister piggyback the son in the restaurant. Zhan Zhao and the guards chased the sister on the street. Zhan Zhao and the guards checked the restaurant. The magistrate hid in the room and put his hands on the kid’s mouth and hid under the table. The kid told the magistrate he saw the guards took his grandparents and killed them and he only have his sister. The red guards took the sister away.

The magistrate ate with the kid in a deserted house. Judge Bao asked the sister some questions. The sister teared up and glad to see Judge Bao. The sister cried and said she saw her whole family got killed. The sister told Judge Bao said she left the boy in this room and the two red guards were there. The boy tries to sneak out to find his sister. The magistrate told the kid tomorrow they will search for her. The kid cried and said his grandparents have been killed by the guards and the guards and took his mother away. The kid asked the magistrate to help him revenge.

Judge Bao showed the man in coma to the boy’s sister. Flashbacks of the guards took the man in coma while he was buying buns for her and the boy. Flashbacks of the boy’s mother being captured by the guards. At the court, a magistrate asked the boy to point the guard who kidnapped his mother. Judge Bao asked the magistrate how did he get sick. The magistrate said the guard is a forbidden guard of the prince.

Judge Bao visits the prince and the king’s uncle. Judge Bao told the king’s uncle he came here to investigate the case of females being captured. Judge Bao told the King’s uncle that a guard has captured the females and the case is related to the prince. The prince said a kid’s statement isn’t reliable. Judge Bao asked the prince how did he know the witness was a kid. The prince said the sister blurted out. The magistrate sent a letter to Zhan Zhao that he has the kid. The sister took the boy to the court but he got scared. Gongsun Ce asked Zhan Zhao to wear a causal outfit. Judge Bao ordered the four guards to change to their casual suit. The kid told Judge Bao he saw the guards killed off his grandparents and took away his mother. Flashbacks of the kid played hide and seek with his grandpa. He hid in the barrow and saw the guards killing his grandparent. The sister told Judge Bao that her master was invited by the prince to sew his clothes. The captain was surprised seeing a soldier from the prince’s court got arrested. In the cellar, The captain told Gongsun Ce that the soldier used to be a bandit and was protected by the prince. Judge Bao held the clothes that the prince sent to him which the sister’s master sewed. Judge Bao greets the prince. The prince told Judge Bao that the knife and the clothe is enough for the soldier to get beheaded. Judge Bao pleads the prince to judge this case in front of the sister. While the kid is playing with the lantern, Zhan Zhao told the kid he wants to let him know that not all guards are bad. The kid told Zhan Zhao that he only knows that he and Judge Bao are good guys. Some guards came. The kid got scared and ran into the kid. The guards brought the candles for the kid.

At the court, Judge Bao asked the soldier how is he related to the boy’s family and why does he has to kill them. The soldier said he fell for the female so he kidnapped them. The soldier told Judge Bao that the prince gave thim the clothes. The prince said the soldier stole this outfit. The soldier admit he kidnapped the females. At the court, the kid trembled and said the prince captured his mother.

Zhan Zhao encourage the sister to believe in Judge Bao. The sister asked Zhan Zhao if it is worth for her to sacrifice.The prince held a sword and pointed at the kid on sister and left. Zhan Zhao searchers for the sister. The sister sneaks in the prince’s room and took the mother out. The prince’s guard pointed a sword at the sister and the mom. Zhan Zhao pointed a sword at the prince’s bodyguard and gave him two option to die under his sword or to let the prince kill him. Zhan Zhao took the sister and mother to Judge Bao. Judge Bao told Zhan Zhao that how he rescued them in the prince’s room was very abrupt. The boy’s mother thanked the sister for saving her son. The man in coma wakes up. The man uttered for innocent. Judge Bao told Gongsun Ce he’s planning to pretending to be sick. Gongsun Ce told the king’s uncle that Judge Bao is sick. The imperial doctor checked the pulse for Judge Bao. Gongsun Ce told the king’s uncle that Judge Bao’s hand is cold. The king’s uncle read a letter from Judge Bao. Gongsun Ce told the king’s uncle that Judge Bao is sick. Gongsun Ce told Judge Bao that the king’s uncle seems suspicious after reading the letter. The mother worried for Judge Bao pretending to be sick to solve the case. The crippled magistrate said his whole family got killed by the soldier. Judge Bao asked the soldier. The prince won’t admit his mistake and told Judge Bao he will sue him for framing him. Judge Bao asked the prince about the fabric. The mother said the fabric was given by the prince. She tore it to ask her husband to come to the prince’s court to sew it and to rescue her. The mother met her husband as he sew the clothes. The prince ordered the guards to kill her husband.

Judge Bao sentenced the captain to three years in jail and the soldier to be executed. Judge Bao told the crippled magistrate he will compliment his courage to the majesty. The prince pleads Judge Bao to forgive him. Judge Bao asked the prince if he knows his crime. The prince said when he comes back to the palace, he will learn his lesson. Judge Bao ordered the guards to take off the prince’s shirt and prepare the dog blade. The prince called the king’s uncle. The king’s uncle arrived to the court but it was too late.

Some men caught a fish which happens to be the mermaid. The scholar Zhang Zheng bought the fish from the people and released it. The people threw the scholar down the sea and stole his money. The mermaid. The scholar wakes up and rushed to the scholar exam. The mermaid flew and followed him. The scholar rushed and bumped into Judge Bao’s sedan chair blocking his way. The scholar said he’s been walking a long way to the scholar exam. Judge Bao ordered the red guard to lead the scholar to the exam place. The red guard and the scholar rushed to the exam but it was too late.

Some demons flew and stood in front of the Kaifeng Court. The demons used their power on the two paper doll statues manipulating them to hit the drum. The black guards carried the paper doll statues in. Zhan Zhao checked the statues. The demon is doing a spell. Gongsun Ce said the paper dolls bring Karma and they should burn it. Judge Bao ordered the guards to burn the dollars. The doll pushed them. The dolls said they came here to kill Judge Bao. The dolls fought with the red and black guards. Gong Sun Ce said someone must have created a spell. They can control the doll by hitting the two feet. The four guards hit the dolls feet and it stopped moving. The dolls got exploded.

The scholar watch this year’s scholar winner passing by. The scholar stood behind the paper dolls and congratulates the scholar winner. The scholar winner ordered the servant to throw out the dolls. The scholar denied the dolls belong to him. The lady watches the scholar winner greeting her father Official Jing . Zhang Zheng came and greets Official Jing but he denied of being his father in law. Zhang Zheng asked Official Jing if he remembers his parents and he arranged marriage between him and his daughter twenty years ago. Zhang Zheng showed the pendant to Official Jing. Official Jing asked Zhang Zheng about his rank. Zhang Zheng said he encounter some bandits on the way and was late for the exam. Official Jing told Zheng Zhao he was kidding about the marriage. Official Jing said Pong Taishi appointed his daughter marriage with the scholar. Zhang Zheng said that’s good since the groom wouldn’t be criticized for being poor. Zhang Zheng told Official Jing he didn’t keep his promise. Official Jing told Zheng Zhao to let Miss Jing choose her groom. Miss Ling gave the red tissue to the scholar winner.

The mermaid watches Zhang Zheng. The mermaid impersonated Miss Jing and met Zhang Zheng. The mermaid apologized to Zhang Zheng and said she couldn’t rebel against her parents. Th mermaid asked Zhang Zheng if he planned to go back to the hometown. Zheng Zhang said he doesn’t have the faces to return to his hometown. The mermaid encouraged Zhang Zheng to study hard three years later and pass the scholar exam. Zheng Zhang said his father sold his land to pay for his scholar exam. The mermaid gave Zhang Zhang Zheng her pearl which can pawn for money to pay for the exam. Zhang Zheng refuses and said Official Jing already chose a groom for her. The mermaid asked Zheng Zhao to meet him tomorrow night in the garden. The demon disguised her demon friend into a female to seduce the scholar winner tomorrow. Three demons disguised into demons hypnotized the scholar winner and asked him if he’s scared of death. The dolls appear in their normal self and killed the scholar winner.

Zhang Zheng saw the scholar winner being hung on the pole. He wanted to inform the official but the mermaid prevented him worrying the official will suspect him. The mermaid left with Zheng Zhao and said he used to save her. The mermaid asked Zhang Zheng if he remember he used to save the golden fish. The maid saw the mermaid and thought she was Miss Jing with Zhang Zheng. The mermaid left. Madam Jing returned and asked Zheng Zhang why he’s here. Zhang Zheng told Miss Jing she invited him here. Miss Jing asked her maid to drive Zheng Zhang out. Zhang Zheng told Miss Jing’s maid she invited him but now she wants to take him out; she isn’t generous. Zhang Zheng told Miss Jing that she was chatting with him in the garden. Miss Jing told Zhang Zheng he has an ulterior motive. Zhang Zheng told Miss Jing he tried to avoid him but she talked to him. Miss Jing ordered the servants to take Zhang Zheng out. Official Jing and his servant looked at the scholar winner being hung up. The servants hit and took Zhang Zheng to Judge Bao’s court. The servant old Judge Bao he isn’t the suspect but he is the killer. Judge Bao asked the servant how does he know Zhang Zheng is the killer if Official Jing didn’t see it. Gongsun Ce asked the servant why does he bring him in if he knows he’s the killer. The servant said he wants Judge Bao to chop his head with the dog blade. Zhang Zheng claimed he’s innocent. The servant kicked him and said he’s not allowed to yell in the court. Judge Bao asked Gongsun Ce that how much finger pinching would someone receive for being loud in the court. Gongsun Ce said twenty. Judge Bao ordered the red guards to give thirty spanks on the official.

Judge Bao visited Official Jing and asked about the victim’s body. The doctor checked the scholar winner’s body and didn’t find any sign of weapons or poison but the victim died due to dry blood. JudgE Bao asked Zhang Zheng why didn’t he return home after he came to the exam entrance late. Zhang Zheng said he came to visit his father in law. Zhang Zheng asked Judge Bao to invite Miss Jing to witness him for not being the murderer. Zhang Zheng said Miss Jing invited him in the garden and he discovered the body of the scholar winner but Miss Jing asked him to be quiet. Miss Jing said she was in her mother’s room sewing clothes last night. Miss Jing’s maid said she was with Miss Jing and Zhang Zheng kept on bothering her. Judge Bao ordered Zhan Zhao to temporarily arrest Zhang Zheng. Judge Bao and the guards saw the mermaid took Zhang Zheng away.

Zhang Zheng told the mermaid she only wants to harm him. The mermaid told Zhang Zheng if she wants to harm him, why does she rescue him. Zhang Zheng wants to go to Kaifeng to see Judge Bao. Judge Bao’s sedan chair passed by. The official pointed a knife toward Zhang Zheng in the sedan chair. Zhan Zhao asked the guard who is in the sedan chair. The guard said Miss Jing. Zhan Zhao told Judge Bao that something’s wrong with the sedan chair. Zhan Zhao noticed that the guards used a lot of strength to pull the sedan chair which they didn’t when they carried Miss Jing. Judge Bao lets Zhan Zhao eavesdrop in the sedan chair but forbids him to take any action. Zhan Zhao flew on the roof and eavesdrop on the official dragging Zhang Zheng inside. Official Jing gave the official two hundred dollar tip for doing a good job. Official Jing ordered the official to guard Zhang Zheng in the cellar for seven days until the deadline.

Judge Bao stood in front of Official Jing’s dungeon and asked him to let him see Zhang Zheng. Official Jing told Judge Bao this is his place not Kaifeng. Official Jing ordered the guards to close the dungeon. Judge Bao asked Official Jing if he needs to solve this case and it’s been two days. Judge Bao asked his guards to bring the legendary sword. Zhang Zhao stood in front of the dungeon door. Judge Bao suspects Zhang Zheng is still in the mansion. Official Jing told Judge Bao he will tell about this to the majesty tomorrow. Judge Bao pleads the majesty to punish him. The majesty temporarily recruit the legendary sword. There’s only three days remaining to solve the case. Gongsun Ce assures Judge Bao that Zhang Zheng is still in the dungeon. Zhan Zhao wants to sneak in the Official Jing’s mansion. Zhan Zhao checks the dolls. The demon’s friend scared Zhan Zhao. Zhan Zhao asked the demon’s friend and the demon in disguise if they’ve seen this bamboo. The demon told Zhan Zhao that the bamboo is sold at a store during the midnight. The mermaid begs the turtle to let her save Zhang Zheng. The mermaid grabbed the little kid and asked the elder turtle to let her see Zhang Zheng. The mermaid took the kid and left. Zhang Zheng told the mermaid he will only leave if Judge Bao come here. The mermaid flew to Kaifeng but got stopped by the demon. The demon caught the mermaid. The turtle came and fought with the demons and asked the mermaid to leave. The turtle said he’s the righteous turtle and turtles live the longest. The demon left. The mermaid told the turtle he has to save Zhang Zheng and Judge Bao. The mermaid came to Kaifeng that Zhang Zheng is in the dungeon. Judge Bao asked the mermaid if she knows that if he finds out Zhang Zheng is in the Official Jing’s dungeon, Official Jing will get arrested. The mermaid leads Judge Bao to the dungeon. The turtle took the mermaid away. The guards didn’t see Miss Jing. Judge Bao and Gongsun Ce thought of leaving since they are not allowed to be in Official Jing’s mansion. Miss Jing wakes up and the red guards helped her up. Official Jing came. Judge Bao told Official Jing that his daughter invited him to the dungeon to see Zhang Zheng. Gongsun Ce asked Miss Jing to come with him to the court to explain. Judge Bao asked the guards if they noticed the color of the dress of Miss Jing. When she led them, she wore a yellow dress but when she wakes up she wore a white dress. Miss Jing doubts if she went to Kaifeng. Miss Jing told her maid she saw an unusual things in the garden; she saw someone looks like her. The demon’s friend scared Miss Jing and said he’s been following her from Kaifeng to here. The demon’s friend showed Miss Jing to the demon and said he brought the mermaid. The demon slapped his friend and asked her if he has seen clearly. The demon said he has to use Miss Jing to take the soul of Bao Qing Tian. Judge Bao pleads the majesty to punish him. Taishi advised the majesty to seal Judge Bao’s dog blade.

The elder monk drank the wine of bottle from the kid. The elder monk got drunk. The kid asked the mermaid to leave. The mermaid checks on Zhang Zheng and found it strange Judge Bao didn’t come. Zhang Zheng told the mermaid she won’t believe her anymore. the mermaid asked Zhang Zheng to come with her. Zhang Zheng said he has returned the pearl to her. Judge Bao eats his meal and asked Gongsun Ce if he has news of Zhan Zhao. Gongsun Ce said the last time Zhan Zhao alerted that he came to visit a store owner. Judge Bao worries if Zhan Zhao is in danger. Judge Bao said he rather be guilty than having Zhan Zhao getting hurt. Judge Bao drinks and pray for Zhan Zhao. Miss Jing wakes up and asked the demons who they are. Miss Jing said she can ask her father to give them money. The demons said the scholar winner have been killed by them. The demons said Zhang Zheng is fated to be be the scholar winner and Miss Jing is fated to be the scholar winner’s wife. The demon wants Miss Jing to kill Judge Bao or she will end up being hurt like Zhan Zhao. Zhan Zhao said every demon must be destroyed. The demon said he will turn them in to paper dolls to kill people for him. The turtle checked the mermaid’s pulse and told Official Jing he couldn’t find her pulse. The demon invited Official Jing to meet him to cure the mermaid. The mermaid talked to the turtle in his mind that she wants to see Zhang Zheng. The mermaid wakes up. The turtle told Official Jing that his daughter can only live for two days since she’s been punished by god for breaking the marriage. The turtle told Official Jing that him breaking the marriage between his daughter and Zhang Zheng made god mad. The turtle said if he lets Zhang Zheng marry his daughter then he doesn’t need medicine. The turtle told Official Jing he knows best where is Zhang Zheng. The mermaid choked. The black guards fought with the doll. The doll threw Zhan Zhao Sword. Judge Bao recognized the sword belongs to Zhan Zhao. Judge Bao asked his guards to rest.

Zhan Zhao told Miss Jing hat today is the last day for Judge Bao to Solve the case. Zhan Zhao asked Miss Jing if Zhang Zheng is in her father’s hand. Miss Jing said the official may have put Zhang Zhen another location in the dungeon. Miss Jing asked Zhan Zhao if he can’t defeat the paper dolls. Zhan Zhao asked Miss Jing not to underestimate the dolls. When they get caught, the will lose their powers. Zhan Zhao was surprised Miss Jing didn’t feel weak. Miss Jing showed Zhan Zhao the pearl. Zhan Zhao said this is the pearl to prevent the spell from affecting her. Zhan Zhao asked Miss Jing to go to Kaifeng and told Judge Bao where’s Zhang Zheng. Zhan Zhao told Miss Jing that this world can’t have a Zhan Zhao anymore but cannot lose a Justice Bao. Zhan Zhao gave Miss Jing a his badge. Zhan Zhao fought with the demon’s friend. Zhan Zhao fought with the dolls and they all pressed him.

The turtle visited the mermaid and said if it wasn’t because of her Zhang Zheng wouldn’t be in the dungeon and Miss Jing wouldn’t be missing. The turtle asked Miss Jing to return to the sea with him. The mermaid believes that Official Jing will release Zhang Zheng for her. The mermaid asked the turtle to let her be with Zhang Zheng when he gets released. Official Jing asked Taishi to release Zhang Zheng. Taishi said after executing Bao Jing Tian, he will scheme against the prime minister and nominate Official Jing. Taishi told Official Jing there’s only one day left till their plan is a success. Judge Bao pray for Zhan Zhao at the temple and rather live a few years less. The mermaid told Official Jing she saw the devil and he told her he will bring her down to hell tomorrow. Official Jing asked the mermaid if she will accept marrying Zhang Zheng. Official Jing released Zhang Zheng and promised to let him marry his daughter. Zhang Zheng refuse Sto leave as long as Judge Bao come. Zhang Zheng told Official Jing he is only a pawn to him to harm Judge Bao. Zhang Zheng asked Official Jing to invite Judge Bao. Official Jing told Zhang Zheng if he is so loyal, he will lock him in this dungeon for life. Zhang Zheng hopes Judge Bao will save him.

Judge Bao told the guards and Gongsun Ce he used to study in this temple twenty years a go. Judge Bao said he may be executed tomorrow and may lose his post. A doll appears with Zhan Zhao’s hat and left a note of exchanging Zhan Zhao’s life for Judge Bao. Judge Bao agreed to go with the doll. Gongsun asked Judge Bao to not risk his life. Judge Bao said tomorrow he will die anyway, if he can save Zhan Zhao’s life, then he will do it. The doll exploded as the red guards start to fight. The demon’s friend chased Miss Jing in the wood. Miss Jing jumps in the stream.

The kid turtle uses his power trying to save Miss Jing. The kid turtle took Miss Jing to Kaifeng. The kid turtle told Miss Jing they’ve known each other for five hundred years. He’s now six hundred years old. The kid turtle told Miss Jing that Zhang Zheng really love her. Miss Jing told the black guards that Zhang Zheng is in Official Jing dungeon. Miss Jing gave the jade to the black guards. Judge Bao asked Miss Jing why would she tell out where Zhang Zheng is if she knows his father will be punished by his crime. Miss Jing said she’s a selfish girl but got touched by the righteous Zhan Zhao when they were being captured together. Miss Jing gave the pearl to Judge Bao and said if Zhan Zhao uses it for three days he can regain his full power. Miss Jing said Zhan Zhao rather let Judge Bao use it since he will be executed soon and he said there rather be a Judge Bao remaining than a Zhan Zhan Zhao. Miss Jing told Judge Bao that Zhan Zhao sent a message to find Zhang Zheng instead of worrying about him.

Judge Bao wants to rescue Zhan Zhao first. Judge Bao said Zhang Zheng isn’t in danger but he doesn’t know how well is Zhan Zhao doing. Judge Bao and the guards arrived in front of the demon’s house. Judge Bao found Zhan Zhao dressed up in the doll outfit in coma. The house shaken. Judge Bao ordered the four guards to bring Zhan Zhao back to Kaifeng Court. Zhan Zhao thanked Judge Bao for saving him.

Official Jing begs got to punish him instead of his daughter. If his daughter is fine, he will give all his fortune away and help the poor. Official Jing told the mermaid that Zhang Zheng refuse to to listen to him as long as Judge Bao come. Official Jing told the mermaid he locked Zhang Zheng to scheem against Judge Bao, if Judge Bao meets with Zhang Zheng he can’t hide this incident anymore. The mermaid told Official Jing he doesn’t need to listen what the turtle say. Official Jing said he has to listen since he did something against his conscience scheming against Judge Bao. Official Jing told the mermaid she is his only daughter and after her mother has passed away, he only lives for her. Official Jing said he’s going to Kaifeng Court. Official Jing asked the mermaid to cherish her marriage with Zhang Zheng.

Taishi came in front of Official Jing and asked him why he’s heading to Kaifeng Court. Official Jing said he’s heading to Kaifeng court to ask Judge Bao to arrange the marriage between Zhang Zheng and his daughter. Taishi said before his plans become a success, Zhang Zheng cannot appear. Taishi asked Official Jing if he knows the consequence of rebelling against him. Official Jing said he doesn’t care about anything else except his daughter’s wellness. Official Jing said he has to protect Zhang Zheng as his son in law. Official Jing meets with Judge Bao. Official Jing bowed in front of Judge Bao and said he came here to surrender. The demon’s friend disguised into Zhan Zhao and blew on the Miss Jing and she fainted. The demon’s friend striked a sword in the sedan chair in Judge Bao which happens to be the turtle impersonating Judge Bao. The turtle told the demon’s friend he has fallen to his trap; he is known for impersonating Jude Bao. The turtle asked Judge Bao to leave for his business.

The demon’s friend asked the turtle how did he know he is not Zhan Zhao. The turtle fought with the demon’s friend. The demon came and said she has sucked the blood of the scholar winner and his power has gotten stronger. The demon fought with the turtle. The turtle left.

Official Jing and Judge Bao came to Official Jing’s mansion and saw Zhang Zheng. Taishi’s guards surrounded Judge Bao and Official Jing. The prime minister said Taishi informed him that Zhang Zheng has been kidnapped in Official Jing’s dungeon. Taishi ordered the guards to arrest Official Jing. Judge Bao told the prime minister that this place isn’t the court. Judge Bao released Zhang Zheng since he couldn’t be the criminal since the scholar winner died from dry blood which only a powerful person with martial arts could do it. Taishi said Official Jing saw Zhang Zheng murdering the scholar winner. Official Jing said he saw the scholar winner body hang up in his garden and put the blame on Zhang Zheng. Taishi confronted Official Jing to lock Zhang Zheng. Official Jing said Taishi ordered him to lock Zhang Zheng but he doesn’t have any proof. Judge Bao said he doesn’t think they need to judge this case and the majesty is interested in this case.

The majesty ordered Official Jing for arrest. Judge Bao told the majesty that though Official Jing was wrong for locking Zhang Zheng, he did surrender. Taishi said Official Jing did commit a crime and can’t be forgiven. Judge Bao told the majesty that the death of the scholar winner was caused by the demons. Judge Bao pleads the majesty to let Zhang Zheng marry Official Jing’s daughter. It would be a good present for Zhang Zheng. The majesty asked Judge Bao why does he care for Zhang Zheng and Official Jing’s daughter if Zhang Zheng was only a pawn for Official Jing to use to frame him. The majesty sees how generous Judge Bao is. Official Jing told Judge Bao he will repay him in his next life. Tai Shi ordered Official Jing to be executed. Judge Bao pleads for Official Jing. The majesty gives Judge Bao seven days to arrange the marriage between Zhang Zheng and Official Jing’s daughter. The majesty sentenced Official Jing to be a commoner.

The magistrate and the servants left Official Jing’s house. The magistrate told Official Jing he now serves Taishi. The turtle kid went to the temple and found Zhan Zhao being tied. The turtle kid pulled Zhan Zhao in the woods. Official Jing looked at the mermaid in his room and happy she got well. The mermaid told Official Jing that she has harmed him. Official Jing told his daughter to not be silly he is willing to sacrifice everything for her. Miss Jing said the servants are gone. Official Jing said he is a commoner now and the servants won’t respect her but he feels relieved that the majesty let her marry Zhang Zheng. Official Jing feels regretful that he can’t organize a big weeding for his daughter. The demon disguised into a maid told Official Jing she will take care of his daughter.

The demon told the mermaid she’s planning to help her getting married to Zhang Zheng to steal some energy from Judge Bao. The mermaid begs the demon to not hurt the turtle. The four guards congrats Zhang Zheng and said he’s lucky to have Judge Bao appointing their marriage. Judge Bao asked Zhang Zheng if he has noticed sometimes the white outfit that Miss Jing wore turned yellow. Judge Bao asked Zhang Zheng if he has noticed the conversation is different between the Miss Jing in the yellow and the one in white outfit. Zhang Zheng wonder if there are two Miss Jing. The turtle asked the mermaid to think carefully since she will be punished if she marries Zhang Zheng. The mermaid agrees to leave but she has to bid farewell to Zhang Zheng. The turtle went inside the room and got trapped by the demon. The demon told the mermaid to go marry Zhang Zheng. The mermaid flew and saw the kid turtle. The mermaid helped the kid turtle pulling Zhan Zhao to Kaifeng. The mermaid arrived at Kaifeng and met Miss Jing. Miss Jing and the mermaid went to Kaifeng Court. Official Jing and Zhang Zheng went in the court.

Judge Bao asked Official Jing to tell who is his daughter. Miss Jing told Official Jing she has never wore that yellow dress. The mermaid asked Official Jing if he remember twenty years ago, he promised to marry her off to Zhang Zheng. Official Jing couldn’t tell. Judge Bao told Official Jing he understands his situation, he’s been impersonated before. Judge Bao asked Zhang Zheng if he could tell. Miss Jing returned the pearl to Zhang Zheng. The mermaid asked Zhang Zheng if he remembered she gave him the pearl and encouraged him to take the scholar exam again three years later. Official Jing said three days later, he will go back to his hometown. Judge Bao asked Miss Jing and the mermaid to stay in Kaifeng Court.

Gongsun Ce cried and bowed and told Judge Bao that Zhan Zhao can only live for one more day. Judge Bao held Zhan Zhao’s hand. Zhang Zheng came in the room and asked the mermaid who is she. Zhang Zheng told the mermaid that Official Jing told him he never called his daughter by another name. Zhang Zheng told the mermaid he came here to help him. She helped him many times. Zhang Zheng told the mermaid he only have her in his heart. The mermaid told Zhang Zheng if he chooses her, then he’s going against the edict.

Miss Jing asked her father about him being punished to be a commoner. Miss Jing told Official Jing they don’t have anymore relative in their hometown. Miss Jing told Official Jing he will leave with him. Official Jing told his daughter she will marry Zhang Zheng. As long as she has a good husband, he is happy. Official Jing told his daughter that the majesty already sent an edict for them to marry. Miss Jing told his father that as long as she doesn’t admit being Miss Jing then Zhang Zheng will marry the fake Miss Jing and she can go back with him in his hometown.

Judge Bao invited the mermaid and said she truly loves Zhang Zheng and always wear yellow. The real Miss Jing is mature, don’t love wearing yellow, and doesn’t love Zhang Zheng. Judge Bao told the mermaid she impersonated Miss Jing but she is not evil. The mermaid told Judge Bao her real name and asked him to punish her. Miss Jing told Judge Bao she is the fake Miss Jing and asked him to punish her. Official Jing got murdered. Miss Jing hugged her father and cried. The mermaid told Judge Bao that the demon has put a poison in the food. The mermaid told Miss Jing that she can use the pearl to save Official Jing. Miss Jing stared at Zhang Zhao in coma. Official Jing told his daughter to give the pearl to Zhan Zhao since he has saved his life once. Official Jing told his daughter that he made many mistakes and deserves to die. Official Jing told Judge Bao to take care of the marriage of her daughter. Miss Jing cried.

Taishi told the maejesty that it is Official Jing’s karma. The majesty said it is honorable for Official Jing to die to save Zhan Zhao’s life. The majesty asked Taishi to leave. Judge Bao and Zhan Zhao went to Official Jing’s funeral. Miss Jing bids farewell to Judge Bao. The mermaid told Zhang Zheng that he should marry Miss Jing. The mermaid told Zhang Zheng she is a mermaid. The mermaid told Zhang Zheng he used to save a fish. Zhang Zheng wants to marry the mermaid and he asked her to live with him in his hometown. The mermaid refused and left. Miss Jing told the mermaid she’s planning to be a nun. Miss Jing told the mermaid that the person Zhang Zheng love is her. The mermaid told Miss Jing that she’s fated to be with Zhang Zheng. The mermaid switched outfit with Miss Jing. Zhang Zheng held Miss Jing’s hands thinking she was the mermaid. Zhang Zheng told Miss Jing that he doesn’t care who she is, he will never leave her. The mermaid pray in front of Official Jing’s tablet and wish for Miss Jing and Zhang Zheng’s happiness. Zhan Zhao thanked the mermaid for saving him. The mermaid told Zhan Zhao she needs to fight with the demon to rescue the elder turtle. Zhan Zhao told the demon’s friend his power has increased double after he absorbed the pearl from the mermaid. Zhan Zhao fought with the demon’s friend and killed the demon’s friend.

The mermaid walked in the room trying to figure out to save the elder turtle. The mermaid pull down the fabric and the power exploded and she got injured. The mermaid told the elder turtle to save Judge Bao. The demon disguised into a servant and brought wines for Judge Bao. The two black guards told the servant that Judge Bao never dirnk. The demon threw powders on the black guards and went in Judge Bao’s room. The demon told Judge Bao he wants to absorb his energy to increase his power. The elder turtle came and fought with the demon. Miss Jing and Zhang Zheng came and saw the mermaid injured. Miss Jing told Zhang Zheng that the mermaid wanted to wish them happiness so she switched outfit with her. The mermaid told Zhang Zheng she will part him. Zhang Zheng cried and hugged the mermaid. Zhan Zhao fought with the demon. The demon exploded. The mermaid bids farewell to Zhang Zheng and said he is is fated to be with Miss Jing. The mermaid held the hands of Miss Jing and Zhang Zheng together and wish them happiness. The mermaid died.
