Brother’s Keepers episode 32 recap (End)

Louis bought peaches for Krystal. Krystal told Louis he isn’t romantic but she feels warm being around him. Master Ghost ordered Ruco to kill Brother Pau and the triad. Ruco stabbed Master Ghost’s rival Brother Pau’s men to save himself. Ruco told Becky he has to nail Master Ghost so he can start his life again. Ruco watch his family and left a gift for his mom. Louise chased Ruco. Linda called the police on Ruco. While Edwin fight with Ruco, Edwin’s phone dropped on Ruco’s shirt. Linda’s character in Brother’s Keepers reminds me of Gigi Lai in The Gem of Life.

The cops arrested Brother Pau’s men. Edwin and the police tracked Ruco. Ruco and Master Ghost fight with each other. The cops shot Ruco. That part where Becky hugged Ruco was touching. I think Becky does care for Ruco more than Linda. Becky told Linda that Ruco is her spy. Linda held Ruco’s hand in the ambulance.

At the hospital, Linda apologized to Ruco for misunderstanding him. Ruco ate dinner with his family. Ruco told Linda he will leave Hongkong. Linda and Edwin wonder what success Ruco will make.

Brother’s Keepers episode 31 recap

Ruco made friends with someone who lost his wallet. The guy introduced Ruco to a triad. Ruco stared at his family picture. Ruco stared at Linda on the street. Edwin asked Linda if she meets Ruco again, would she get back with him. Edwin would like Linda helping Ruco getting back on track. The cops search the triad’s gambling warehouse. Becky saw Ruco and asked him not to go astray again. Ruco drives the triad while he harassed a girl. Ruco Chan’s life reminds me of Kate in High and Low where they both went to the wrong path due to pressure around them. Ruco got upset that he can’t save the girl. Ruco asked Becky if he can be her spy. Ruco told Becky the drug news about Master Ghost. Ruco helps Brother Pau beating up a gangster. Brother Pau told his friend he can let Ruco be his scapegoat if something happens to him. Those hotpot scenes in tvb series makes me want to eat.

The triad gave Ruco the map of the location they want him to kidnap which happens to be Edwin’s store. Here’s that kidnapping scene from the first episode. Edwin felt the scar on Ruco’s hand. Ruco hugged Linda. Ruco untied Edwin then punched him then tied him back another way. Edwin untied the knot.Edwin looked at Ruco’s symbol on the wall. Edwin beat up Ruco with a stick and left the warehouse. Ruco put on the bomb when the police came.

The triad suspects there’s a mole. Brother Pau pointed a gun toward Ruco. A gangster told Brother Pau that Ruco couldn’t be the mole since he saved him. Linda believes that Ruco was the one who kidnapped her. Linda told Edwin that Ruco has gone too far in kidnapping him. Linda assumes Ruco wants revenge against them.

Brother’s Keepers episode 30 recap

The cops arrested Louis Cheung. In jail, Ruco told Edwin that Stephen framed him of murdering Dino. Linda and Edwin is anxious to help Ruco since they believe he’s innocent. Becky told Kwok Sir that she is doubting Stephen’s statement since she saw him beating up Ruco actively at the scene. The lawyer showed Edwin and Linda the document about Ruco taking the evidence without reporting. The lawyer said Ruco has a low chance of winning unless he pleads guilty. Krystal told Edwin that it is a waste of his money to help Ruco. Linda told Ruco she bought a new cactus for him but can’t bring it to jail. Linda told Ruco he will stand the hard environment. Linda told Ruco to admit his mistake and plead guilty if he did kill Dino. The lawyers told Ruco and Linda that Ruco has agreed to plead guilty but he doesn’t want to see them. Linda looked at her mug which gives her memories about her and Ruco. Edwin said Ruco has always helped him. Krystal told Ruco if he likes Linda then go for her. Edwin said he can’t steal Ruco’s girlfriend.

Louis bought tickets for Krystal to go on a vacation. Lee Kwok Lun told Louise if he took care of Ruco, he wouldn’t have gone astray. Lee Kwok Lun asked Ruco if he needs help. Lee Kwok Lun told Ruco he alaways thought he was smarter than Stephen. He’s proud of him but he keeps on watching him worrying he will be blind by success. Ruco said he doesn’t want his family to be heartbroken when meeting him. Ruco is being sentence to jail for seven years. Ruco looked at the photo of Linda. Louis stabbed Ruco in jail with a stick. Ruco pushed the stick in his body wanting to die.

In the year of 2013, Edwin and Krystal sells mooncakes. The coworkers gossip that Krystal will be the ladyboss. Linda’s parents are on a cruise. Ruco will get out of prison in two days. When Edwin and his family came to pick Ruco up from jail, the guard told him that Ruco has been released three days ago.

Krystal accidentally fell down while helping Edwin at work. Louis got upset that Krystal lost the baby. Edwin opened a new store.

The two Thai immigrants told Stephen that Louis Cheung ordered them to pretend to kidnap Dino’s wife so she’ll be scare. Stephen watch the video tape from 1997 when Ruco took Louis Cheung’s bracelet in the bathroom. Stephen told Ruco that he have evidence against him for the Dino’s case. Stephen told Ruco that Louis Cheung will expose him if they are both arrested. Ruco told Stephen that he already told Kwok Sir that Louis Cheung is his spy. Stephen went into Louis Cheung’s office and said Ruco witness against him. Stephen showed Louis the photos he took of Ruco and him in the car. Stephen happily told his dad that Ruco did collaborated with a triad. Lee Kwok Lun told Stephen that Louis Cheung is not a nice person and will accuse Ruco to get off the hook. Lee Kwok Lun asked Stephen why does he have to hurt his brother.

At the sea, Louis told Ruco that Stephen said he burst him out. Ruco said if Stephen has evidence, he would have arrested them already. Louis stares at Ruco while he walks away. Lee Kwok Lun follows Ruco worrying about him. Yep Lee Kwok Lun is right, he’s Ruco’s dad and can’t let him be in trouble. Lee Kwok Lun told Ruco he was the one who wrote the letter to let him beware that the cops are investigation the case. Lee Kwok Lun told Ruco to turn himself in. Ruco got chased by the triad. Ruco called Frog to help him escape to Taiwan. Frog asked him to pay him 500 grand. Ruco fights with the triad. Frog told Edwin that Louis Cheung wants to testify against Ruco. Frog told Edwin to give him 500 grand so he can help him escape.

Edwin saw Ruco in his shop’s basement. Ruco told Edwin he will leave to Mainaland using a speedboat tomorrow. Ruco said he always fight to survive since he was a child. Ruco told Edwin he wanted his shop to be bigger but didn’t know that the businessman would ruin his reputation. Edwin told Ruco that he doesn’t agree with his action but he can’t leave him suffer since he’s his brother. The triad bothered Edwin. Ruco followed the triad and saw them beating up Edwin. Ruco turns on the lighter in the room. There’s a fire. Ruco beat up the triad and rescued Edwin. Edwin called Krystal and asked her to bring 500 grand.

Becky chased Edwin and said Frog double crossed Ruco. Becky told Edwin that if he wants to help Ruco, he has to turn himself in. Becky told Ruco that Louis reward the triad one million dollar to find Ruco. Stephen and the cops chased Ruco. Stephen pointed a gun toward Ruco and kicked him harshly. Edwin yelled “Stop kicking my brother.”. Becky came. Ruco stood up and point a gun at Stephen. Becky told Ruco that ever since he was in the cadet school, he was always doing better than her. Becky told Ruco that he must trust her. Stephen handcuffed Ruco.

Ruco and Linda got well after fighting through the illness. Edwin wants to help Ruco pay his flat. Louise is happy to see her two sons helping each other. Edwin found out that another store imitate his almond cake boxes in a lower quality. A business man dealt with Ruco to sign some documents about buying the peanut candy store. While seeing the beautiful cactus, Linda saw Ruco. Krystal told Edwin that Ruco sold their franchise for two million dollars. Edwin fights with Ruco. Louse accidentally bumped into Ruco and fainted. Louise got a stroke. Linda saw Ruco and Edwin arguing in the hospital. Linda got mad at Ruco. Ruco told Linda that he helped Edwin when he was little and now Edwin helps him. Linda called Ruco selfish.Ruco visits Louise and cries.

Louise told Edwin he must help Ruco. Ewin told Krystal there’s lots of spicy food restaurant nearby so customer loves eating spicy food. Edwin is planning to run a beef jerky store. I love how this series mention foods. I like both peanut candies and beef jerky. A co-worker told other employees that she found the pregnancy tester in Krystal’s place. Krystal told Edwin and her colleagues that she is pregnant with Louis. Louis parents meet with Krystal’s parents. Krystal’s parents would like Krystal to have her own career instead of depending on Louis. Krystal told Louis she will leave her career for him. Louis showed Krystal the flat he bought for her.

Krystal told Linda to cherish Ruco since it’s not easy to find a person that she loves. Linda told her sister she decided to give up on Ruco. Louise asked Ruco to get Krystal back. The bank called Krystal and said her credit card has exceeded the amount. Krystal asked Edwin some questions such as when was the last time they hold hands and kissed. Krystal told Edwin if he loves her, then they should get married tomorrow. Krystal told Edwin they are more like siblings than lovers. Krystal compromised with Edwin that he will have eight percent share of the store and she will have twenty percent. Louis received Krystal’s gift and told himself that Edwin might not appreciate Krystal but someone will.

At the restaurant, Krystal was surprised that Louis knows that she likes a half pack of sugar in her coffee. Louis wrote a friendship insurance coverage for Krystal. Krystal asked Louis to try this really yummy organic tomato. Louis gave Krystal the Dancing Phoenix Calendar. Krystal realized from the poem that Louis is her soulmate. Krystal fell down the bed. Louis is about to kiss her.Krystal ran to the restroom. Her heart is beating. The next morning, Krystal came back to work. Krystal texted Louis to have dinner with her.

The SARS outbreak occurs. The stock market is going down. Ruco is frustrated. Ruco sent Linda a DVD of the movie “Once a Thief”. Linda asked a clerk if Ruco is fine. Louise worries that Ruco got affected by the SARS. Linda got affected by the SARS and lied in her bed. Ruco saw Linda at the hospital. The nurse told Ruco that Linda has a high fever. Ruco visits Linda at night. Ruco apologized to Linda for hurting her. He only loves her. Linda coughed badly.

Krystal looked upset seeing Edwin talking to Linda on the phone. Louis and Lam Lam, Edwin and Krystal, took wedding photos. The camera didn’t work when Edwin and Krystal was about to take the pictures. The photographer told Edwin that he only wanted to take photos of him cause Louis paid him. Krystal told Edwin she set up the whole thing since she wanted to spend more time with him. Krystal asked Edwin if he wants to marry her. Edwin lend his friend Yin 180,000 dollars to pay his debt. Leanne saw Ruco staring at Linda in front of her boutique. Ruco bought Linda’s home to keep her memories. Edwin told Ruco that Linda won’t see him. She got her memory back. Edwin told Ruco that Linda can only stand up again if he leave her alone.

Edwin asked Ruco to collaborate with him running the store. Edwin told Ruco that since Krystal have done so much for him, he should marry her. Ruco told Edwin that marrying someone is not to pay the debt. Yin’s wife Judy came up to Edwin and cried and said her mom needs money for surgery. Edwin lend her 80,000 dollars. Krsytal told Edwin that Yin’s wife dressed nicely and she doesn’t believe she’s poor. Edwin yelled at Krystal. Krystal got pissed that Edwin helped Yin’s wife and Linda and not care about her.

Krystal complained to Louis that Edwin lent his friend 200,000 dollars to open his bread store. Louis told Krystal that Ruco’s friend is opening a souvenir shop across her shop. Krystal argued with Yin and Judy. Krystal called Yin a coward who needs his wife to look out for him. Judy slapped Krystal. Krystal kicked Judy and hit her. Krystal crazily slapped Judy multiple times for conning Edwin. Looks like she’s jealous. The police told Krystal that Judy got bruises all over her face, and he will charge her for body harm. In jail, Krystal waited 2 hours for Edwin. Louis bailed Krystal. Krystal upset leaves the police station. Edwin yelled at Krystal for slapping Judy and not reflecting her mistake. Krystal asked Edwin if he wanted to marry her out of pity. Krystal asked Edwin if he has ever loved her. Krystal dumps Edwin. Krystal cried and looked at the river and remembered her dad told her she has to be strong to build up her future.

Linda anxiously tries to find her bracelet which Ruco gave to her. Fabio told Linda that Ruco loves her. Fabio showed Lina a picture of them sleeping together. Linda yelled at Ruco. Ruco hugged Linda and said he only loves her. Linda ran on the street and bumped into the car and fainted. Ruco burst in Fabio’s office. Fabio told Ruco that she wanted to prove to Linda’s mom that Ruco loves her so she took a picture of them sleeping together. Ruco told Fabio that Linda is innocent but she got in coma at the hospital. Fabio drinks and feels really bad. Krystal hurted her foot. Edwin saw the news that Linda bumped into the car, and he nervously called Krystal to take care of store as of the night. Linda cried and told her sister at the hospital that Ruco slept with Fabio to receive info about the stock. Krystal got upset that Edwin cares for Linda more than her. Linda’s dad yelled at Linda for lying on her bed silently. Linda’s dad told Linda to get up and go back to work.

Linda’s dad punched Ruco and gave him four million and said he wants to buy his boutique. Linda’s dad told Ruco that everytime Linda went to the boutique she kept thinking of him and Fabio. Linda’s dad told Linda that he bought the boutique back as a gift for her. Edwin came to the boutique and asked Linda to give Ruco another chance. Fabio brought flowers for Linda. Ruco told Fabio to leave and let him apologize to Linda alone. Linda saw Ruco and Fabio outside of the boutique and yelled at them. Fabio apologized to Linda. Linda fainted. Linda woke up in the hospital and got amnesia. Linda watches a guy playing trumpet on the street. Ruco took photos of Linda. Linda picked up a brochure for Ruco. Ruco asked Linda if she saw flies in the exhibition. Ruco said he was busy catching flies so he couldn’t be bored. Ruco showed Linda the photos he took of her. Linda told Ruco he can send her the pictures while chatting with her on ICQ. Ruco asked Leanne to let him be friends with Linda. Ruco hung out with Linda and ordered her favorite chocolate cake.

Edwin saw his old friend at the restaurant. Edwin saw a pretty brooch in the restaurant at home and wants to give it to Linda. At the gift store, some clients praised Edwin’s peanut brittle. Linda heard it and got a headache. Linda walked in the street passed by the car and remembered everything. Linda returned the magazines and brooch to Ruco and said they shouldn’t be friend since she has a bad feeling about her last boyfriend. Linda told Edwin to keep the secret that she recovered from amnesia.

Ruco lied to Linda that a guest’s child went missing so he had to look for hm. Ruco said he had to jump in the pool to save him. Ruco gave Linda a booklet of his schedule. Ruco checks the stock 3394 and bought it. Linda parents saw Ruco and Fabio at the banquet. Fabio told Linda’s parents that Ruco is her bodyguard. Fabio told her mom that Linda is Ruco’s girlfriend and she designed her dress. Linda’s dad got irritated that Linda and Ruco is working for Fabio. Linda’s mom told Linda that she saw Fabio hanging her arm around Ruco at the banquet. Linda’s mom told Linda that Fabio is a lady’s man and Ruco can be easily attracted to her. Ruco gave Linda a necklace then showed her the shop which he bought again. Ruco said he won the stock 3394 and he used it to buy the shop back for her.

Lam Lam ordered expensive food in the restaurant. Louis told Lam Lam that she’s not her type. Lam Lam told Louis that she only wants to be his friend. Lam Lam told Louis she she has a crush on Edwin but she didn’t tell Edwin since he is dating Krystal.Lam Lam told Ruco she can tell that he has a crush on Krystal. Krystal checked for the ten boxes of almond cakes in the account book. Edwin’s dad said a customer bought the ten boxes of almond cakes but he didn’t mark it down. Krystal yelled at Edwin’s dad that he needs to follow the rule. Edwin told Krystal that it is just a small matter. Louise encouraged Krystal to spend more time with Edwin instead of always focusing on the shop. Krystal asked Ruco to ride the motorcycle wit her. Edwin and Krystal eat barbecue together. Krystal got mad at Edwin for only worrying about the shop.

Louis explains about the insurance policy to Fabio and Ruco. As Louis returned to pick up his keys, he saw Fabio talking to Ruco about the cocktail party. Fabio asked Ruco to unzip her dress for her. Fabio took off her dress then Ruco left. Fabio told Ruco some info about the stock. Fabio and Ruco drink and cheers about their stock rising. Fabio kisses Ruco again. Fabio asked Ruco if he is using her. Ruco told Fabio he doesn’t want Linda to be happy and he will send his resignation letter. Fabio told Ruco he asked Linda to design the dress for her. Fabio told Ruco if he doesn’t want Linda to know about his affair then he should stay working for her. Ruco apologized to Linda about lying about the New Year’s Eve. Ruco told Linda that he kissed Fabio. Linda got angry and left the house. Linda’s mom came to Fabio’s office and said she knows that she likes to steal other people’s boyfriend. Fabio told Linda’s mom she should learn being a concubine like her. Linda told Edwin she decided to break up with Ruco. Ruco told Edwin that it was just a kiss and Linda doesn’t need to break up with him just because of this small thing. Ruco drinks at the bar and saw Fabio. Ruco kissed Fabio and made out with her.

Edwin ordered British and American breakfast for Krystal. Krystal yelled at her worker for not following the rules since she kept the Almond Cake bonus pack of a customer who didn’t want to pay extra. Krystal saw Louis at the restaurant going on a date. Edwin and Krystal matchmake Louis and Lam Lam. Louis and Lam Lam laughed when they saw the waitress wearing a ponytail since their elementary school teacher wore a ponytal. Louis and Lam Lam found out they went to the same elementary school. Fabio cried and told Ruco that her ex-boyfriend is getting married. Fabio indirectly tells Ruco that she likes him.

Linda gave Fabio a present. Fabio told Linda that she’s lucky to have a nice boyfriend. Fabio said she probably will celebrate New Year’s Eves alone. Fabio asked Linda if she is willing to give her Ruco if she paid her ten million dollars to run the boutique. Linda laughed at the joke. Fabio warned Linda to be careful or someone might steal Ruco. Linda told Ruco that Fabio is willing to buy him for ten million dollars. Linda told Ruco that Fabio seems to like him. Ruco gave his resignation letter to Fabio. Ruco told Fabio that he doesn’t want Linda to be jealous so he decided to quit. Fabio promised Ruco she won’t make the joke anymore.

Ruco returned the purse to Fabio’s mother. Ruco teaches about the stock to Fabio’s mother. Fabio told Ruco it is beyond his status to talk to her mom. Fabio told Ruco if he wants to speak to her mom, he can speak to her first. Fabio told Ruco if she is willing to spend New Years Eve with her then she can tell him about her mom’stock. Fabio told Ruco that Linda told her that the landlady lost the stock and wants to sell her boutique. Ruco visits Linda in her boutique. Ruco saw her plant got wilted. Ruco promises Linda he will give her another gift in the New Years.

Ruco lost the stock. Ruco spends the New Year’s Eve with Fabio. Fabio tripped in the swimming pool. Ruco jumps down the pool. Fabio kisses Ruco. Linda waits for Ruco at home. Linda accidentally dropped a glass of wine. Ruco had an affair with Fabio. Fabio told Ruco that her mom transferred her fund to Hongkong to buy 3394 shares. Ruco and Fabio watches the countdown together while Linda watches the fireworks alone. Linda made a wish for Sam and her will be happy together. Fabio kisses Ruco again.
